Walkable Research

Research to walk through, hear, and experience.

Photovoice at 42

At 42, Photovoice is used as a research method where participants respond to prompts with photography. The images lead to interviews or group reflections, which are anonymised and thematically analysed.

The results aren’t only presented in reports, but through installations, exhibitions, and cultural programming. It’s a way to make research visible, to use it as a tool for reflection and connection, and to embed it into how cultural spaces work.
